A process and methods engineer is at the crossroads of workshops, offices and the production apparatus. It is his responsibility to improve the axes of the production system, modernize it and update it when necessary. The work of a method process engineer consists in carrying out meticulous analyzes to identify any malfunction in the production apparatus. In addition to this, he is responsible for planning the tasks of the production workshops and implementing optimized solutions to reduce the costs of production and its equipment. The methods process engineer is a supervisor who is involved in the implementation of the processes. He also participates in the design and installation of production equipment. This process engineer processes especially the reliability and security linked to production techniques whose industrial risks must be minimized. With workshop managers and operators, he holds technical meetings continuously to discuss the possible risks to be identified and the solutions to be implemented to avoid them.
